To explore and interpret the relationships between Management Principles through Mythology, History and Literature and to develop the deeper understanding of Mythological anecdotes, characters and relate them to current corporate and modern management situations and practices in a creative way.
– Each team consist of 3 to 6 members.
– Each team need to select theme namely from Strategy, Planning, Teamwork, Motivation, Leadership, Decision Making, Ethics etc.
– Students are required to provide their nominations to Faculty coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org by Aug 30, 2018, 3:00 PM.
– Round-1: Total 6 teams will be shortlisted in the first round based on 5 minutes presentation. All the participants will get the ‘Certificate of Participation’
– Round-2: All the team will perform on Aug 31’ 2018 and Top 3 teams will be awarded based on the evaluation criterion (mentioned below).Top performers will get the ‘Certificate of Merit’ and award.

GLBIMR Students participated in a Week long Live Project offered by leading Corporate Houses of India from August 10-15, 2018
GL Bajaj Institute of Management & Research (GLBIMR) provides its management students numerous platforms to groom themselves, learn and explore. Under the visionary guidance of Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Director General, GLBIMR, with its continued efforts of providing Corporate Exposure, a week-long Live Project was organized for the students of PGDM Batch 2018–20 from August 10-15, 2018 at Big Bazar- DLF Mall, Home Town- GIP Mall, Reliance Smart and Decathlon- Noida.
The students demonstrated exemplary performance during the Project. The visits were highly informative and students got the real-time opportunity to witness and gain hands-on experience in the functioning of the retail industry firms, working methods and employment practices.

GL Bajaj Institute of Management & Research is delighted to announce that our Faculty Member Dr. Harsh Pratap Singh, Assistant Professor, Finance, has received globally lauded commendation with his coauthored paper “Working capital management and firm profitability: a meta-analysis” published in the Journal of Qualitative Research in Financial Markets being placed as “Highly Commended” in Awards for Excellence – 2018, Outstanding Papers by Emerald Publishing House at Emerald Literati Awards.
Dr. Harsh is an Assistant Professor in the area of Finance. He has obtained his doctorate from MNIT Jaipur and has 7 publications of repute to his credit. His research work has appeared in various referred international journals with publication houses like Emerald and Inderscience. His current research interest includes Working Capital Management, SME Financing and Behavioral Finance. He has also organized various National and International Conferences as well as Management Development Programs and Corporate Workshops.
